I'm a qualified Psychotherapist and an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
My professional background includes working within college and university settings, as well as running a private practice. I have supported young people and adults through life transitions, emotional struggles, anxiety, stress, trauma, and personal growth. I understand how important it is to feel safe and respected in therapy, and I strive to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, compassion, and collaboration.

How can I support you...
I am passionate about supporting people through anxiety, stress, depression, abuse, people pleasing, and challenges in family, relationships, and friendships. Relationships are at the heart of our lives, and when they’re strained or confusing, they can significantly affect our overall well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand relationship patterns, build self-awareness, and develop healthier, more fulfilling connections with others.
Trauma & Rewind Therapy
In addition to relational work, I also support clients who are dealing with the impacts of trauma. I know how much trauma can impact your life – relationships, family dynamics, how you cope with your life, and your ability to trust others.
I am trained in the Rewind Technique, a safe, effective method that helps reduce symptoms of trauma and PTSD without the need to go into detail about the traumatic event. This technique can be especially empowering for people who want to regain control of their lives without being retraumatised by reliving painful memories. I know how powerful this approach is because I’ve experienced it myself. After struggling with complex PTSD for many years, I was introduced to the technique by my therapist, and it truly changed my life. The emotional triggers and overwhelming reactions I had experienced for many years eased significantly, allowing me to live a much calmer and peaceful life.
